This is the best day I’ve had in a while.
I spent it with my best friend. It was sweet, funny, tender and sincere.
This morning we went to see ‘Where the wild things are’, all snuggled up to each other. It was a very pretty movie. I’m glad I saw it with her.
Then we went to the restaurant and had long, honest and deep conversations. I told her things I never say about myself.
Then we went shopping cause she still had a few gifts to buy. And we ended up at her flat.
I love her. I missed her so much. We want to go on weekend trip together before we go back to our separate countries, maybe on a road trip in Spain or in my mountain house if it’s snowing there.
Anyway, I’m happy. Now I’m making crepes with my little brother for tonight. My Dad and my stepmom invited my Mom and her father for the second Christmas eve in a row. Yes, my parents are divorced but still get along with each other and it really feels like a single family. Everyone will get presents, no matter what. Amazing, I know!
